Sir Rod Stewart will be back in Ireland this summer to play a Very Special Concert at Royal Hospital Kilmainham in Dublin on Sunday 26 May 2024. Tickets went on general sale Thursday 23 November at 9am.
Following the success of his previous sold-out tours including recent shows in Dublin, Belfast and Cork, Rod’s return to Ireland in 2024 promises to be filled with hit after hit in his unmissable captivating style that has audiences dancing and singing along. Rod Stewart is one of the best-selling artists in the history of recorded music, with an estimated 250 million records and singles sold worldwide, his performance will include fan favourites from across his impressive career.

Age Policy:
- Under 18s accompanied by adult 25+.
- Driving License / Passport / Garda Card are all acceptable forms of identification.
- Anyone who appears U18yrs will be asked for ID.
- We operate the “Challenge 25” policy at our bars on site. This means that anyone who looks 25 years or under can expect to be asked for ID. Please drink responsibly.

- Right of admission is reserved and persons under the influence of drugs or heavily intoxicated may be refused entry at the discretion of the promoter and An Garda Siochana.
- Drinking water points are available on site. Liquids are not permitted into the venue.
- Empty refillable plastic water bottles up to 750ml are permitted.

The box office will open from 2pm until show start. If you have any queries regarding your tickets, please contact Ticketmaster via MYACCOUNT help section and they will be able to assist you.
Please remember to download your tickets from your Ticketmaster account to your iPhone wallet / Google Pay wallet in advance of show day. Screenshots or printouts of digital tickets will not be accepted. Do not wait until you arrive at the venue as network coverage may not be available.

Getting There:
Rod Stewart Concert takes place on the grounds of the Irish Museum of Modern Art, Royal Hospital Kilmainham, Dublin 8, 15 minutes from Dublin city centre.
PLEASE NOTE –
No large bags will be permitted at the concert site.
Bags A4 size & smaller will be subject to security checks on entry. Those with no bags will be fast tracked into the arena.
By Foot: Pedestrian access is via East Gate, Military Road, Dublin 8
BY CAR
There is no parking at the venue. Traffic Restrictions will be in place on Military Road and Kilmainham Lane.

Accessible Requirements:
Patrons who have purchased tickets for the wheelchair accessible platform on the pitch will be contacted in advance of the show and will be issued with parking permits (subject to availability), these must be printed out and brought with you to gain access on the show day. Blue badges will not be accepted for access.
There is a traffic management plan drawn up and implemented by An Garda Síochána for all major events at Royal Hospital Kilmainham, including concerts. This plan prevents access to the cordoned area for all non-resident vehicles, including those displaying a Blue badge. The arrangements for the Rod Stewart concert are consistent with this traffic management plan and have been agreed by all statutory authorities and the venue.
The Wheelchair accessible parking area for wheelchair/accessibility ticket holders has limited capacity.
Leaving the venue:
Kilmainham is a residential area, and we ask all concert goers to respect the local community. Do not park illegally or in residential areas.
It is a 5-minute walk to Heuston station Luas and Train. The site is also well serviced by Dublin bus.

- Dress appropriately for the weather. The festival takes place outdoors on the grounds (grass lawns) of Royal Hospital Kilmainham. No Umbrellas
- Bar and catering facilities are available; we operate the “Challenge 25” policy at our bars on site. This means that anyone who looks 25 years or under can expect to be asked for ID. Please drink responsibly.
- Please be respectful of the grounds of the Royal Hospital Kilmainham and the locality of Kilmainham, which is a residential area.
- Consider our good neighbour policy and leave the venue quietly.
- Remember your card and charge your phone as this is a cashless event.
DON’TS:
WARNING! Urinating inside and outside the event premises is a Public Order Offence. Person’s seen urinating in public will be permanently removed from festival grounds without warning and will be prosecuted. Please use the toilets provided.
Smoking is permitted in dedicated areas only.
Do not make noise leaving the venue.

- Fireworks, Chinese Lanterns, flares, and high-power torches are not allowed.
- No bags over a4 size

- Illicit drugs, legal highs or nitrous oxide are not allowed.
- Glass (except for small make-up items and perfume/aftershave)
- Animals (except guide dogs) are not allowed.
- Anything which could be considered an offensive weapon is not allowed.
- Gas Cylinders are not permitted.
- Petrol Generators or Liquefied Petroleum Gas is not allowed.
- BBQs are not allowed.
- Laser Pens are not allowed.
- Professional photographic equipment is not allowed. (this applies to cameras that have detachable lenses)
- Selfie Sticks are not allowed.
- Drones are not allowed.
- Umbrellas are not allowed.
- Spray canisters / Smoke Bombs / Gas canisters are not allowed.
- Megaphones are not allowed.
- High Vis Clothing is not allowed.
- No folding chairs/ Garden Furniture
Personal Safety:
A First Aid Tent / Ambulance Vehicle will be situated at the event.
Note that alcohol should be consumed in moderation.
Lost Property:
Lost property will be held in the site office at the event. For information on lost property on site please go to the member of security for assistance.
After the Show, please email podlostproperty@gmail.com for all lost property queries.
Lost property after Rod Stewart show will be located at event site office, Royal hospital. Items can be collected after the event on Monday 27th May between 10 – 3pm and Tuesday the 28th of May 10 – 3pm.
After this period, all unclaimed forms of ID will be posted back to the relevant departments.
- Bank cards will be posted back to the banks.
- Passports will be sent back to the passport office.
- Driver’s license will be posted back to the NDLS.
Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for these departments to receive these items before getting in touch.
All unclaimed Items such as phones, keys, jewelry, wallets, etc. will be given to local garda station.
The Promoter does not take responsibility for any stolen or lost items.
Warning:
- Overexposure to loud and excessive music may be damaging to your hearing.
- Pyrotechnics, lasers, smoke machines, strobe lighting/special effects may take place during some performances.
Terms & Conditions:
- By purchasing or accepting a ticket to the concerts, you are accepting the following terms & conditions.
- Right of admission reserved.
- Anti-social behavior will not be tolerated. You risk being ejected from the event without a refund.
- By attending Concerts @ RHK, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Concerts at RHK and Pod Festivals LTD.
- Unauthorized professional photography or use of professional recording equipment is prohibited and zoom lenses; audio visual or cinematographic devices will not be permitted on site.
- You are not permitted to bring any liquids or alcohol to the festival. Liquids and alcohol will be confiscated.
- You may be searched upon entry to the festival. If you are in possession of illegal substances, you may be arrested. Anyone found carrying illicit items will have them confiscated and may be removed from the festival and passed over to the Garda as a result.
- No large bags will be permitted at the concert site. Bags A4 size & smaller will be subject to security checks on entry. Those with no bags will be fast tracked into the arena.
- No trading allowed onsite without the Promoters’ prior consent.
- No unauthorized vehicles will be allowed on site.
- Artists and billed attractions may be subject to change. The Promoters are not liable for the payment of any compensation or loss of money and/or expenses incurred.
- Your safety is of utmost importance to us. On rare occasions we may have to close arenas and/or stages. The reason for any closure or restriction may include technical or operational reasons, inclement weather, capacity, or to ensure the safety and security of guests.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss and/or damage suffered by you as a result of any event outside of our control. Any personal property brought to the event is at your own risk.
- Strobe lighting and lasers may be used at the festival on the stages.
- Prolonged exposure to loud music may cause damage to your hearing.
- Fires are not permitted anywhere onsite. Those involved with starting a fire or throwing anything onto the fire will be removed from site and not refunded.
- Please be aware that the event is outdoor standing. We have no control over the weather, so you are strongly advised to bring appropriate clothing and footwear to the festival.
