Late Late Show host Patrick Kielty is bringing his critically acclaimed BORDERLINE stand up show back to Dublin when he returns to Vicar Street next June 6th & 7th. Tickets are €40 on sale through Ticketmaster.
The Dundrum native who began his stand-up career as host of Belfast’s first comedy club “The Empire Laughs Back” in the early 90s will be making his first appearance in Vicar Street in almost 20 years in a show described as “an ode to peace, borders and identity in a world turned upside down”
Previous stand up credits include “Stand Up For The Week” and “CH4’s Comedy Gala” at London’s O2 Arena as well as hosting and headlining “Live at The Apollo” for BBC1.
His BAFTA nominated “My Dad, The Peace Deal and Me” saw him named best host at the Grierson Awards while his most recent documentary, “Patrick Kielty:100 Years of Union” also won an RTS award for best presenter.
Last year saw him make his big screen acting debut in the critically acclaimed movie, Ballywalter, sharing the lead role alongside IFTA nominee, Seána Kerslake.
